Conference facilities at the Three Salmons

Our private and fully equipped meeting rooms and conference facilities offer high quality business environments which cater to many business needs. Our meeting room facilities are located within the hotel, and offer ample parking for guests and we are just a short journey from Junction 24 of the M4 motorway (Coldra) and 15 minutes from Newport City Centre. Our hotel team will gladly assist you and your guests in providing the technical equipment you need for the meeting room facility of your choice.

We have a number of packages available, depending on the length of time you wish to use our facilities and whether you would like to include catering such as working lunches or finger buffets. Please see below for our latest conference tariffs.

  • Hire of meeting room for the day time. All meeting rooms benefit from natural daylight, plus the option of break out areas.
  • Three servings of freshly brewed 100% Fair-trade Columbian coffee or English breakfast tea and home baked cookies throughout the day.
  • Unlimited conference consumables such as flip charts, pens, paper, mineral water.
  • Complimentary WiFi internet access in your meeting room.
  • Senior manger on duty during your event.
  • Support and advice from a dedicated, event co-ordinator prior to your event.
  • 2 course fork buffet lunch served in the restaurant or finger buffet lunch served in the meeting room

  • Lantern Room (Full Day) – £200.00
  • Lantern Room (3hrs or less – not including property auctions) – £100.00
  • Property Auctions and Exhibition – £200.00
  • Apprentice (full and half day) – £ 100.00
  • Tea / Coffee and Biscuits – £2.50 per person per serving
  • Bacon sandwiches – £4.00 per serving
  • Working Lunch (Sandwiches, fries and fruit bowl) – £10.00 per person
  • Finger buffet – £19.50 per person
  • 2 Course hot fork buffet lunch – £20.00 per person
  • Bottles of water – £3.50 per bottle

All of the above prices include VAT. (room hire has 0% VAT)
