THREE SALMONS – MOTHER’S DAY LUNCH MENU

STARTERS

Roasted pepper and tomato soup, bloody Mary trifle

Smoked salmon, moules and scallop terrine, garlic bruschetta

Wild rabbit rillettes, caramelised pancetta, red onion, whisky and Gruyere doughnut

Spinach, creamed leek and stilton pate, wild nettle ravioli, truffle and Chardonnay Sauce (V)

MAIN COURSE

Roasted sirloin of beef, Ox cheek and horseradish Yorkshire pudding

Roasted leg of Lamb, purple sprouting and sundried tomato, spinach and pea purée, redcurrant and thyme jus

Roasted chicken supreme, confit cherry tomato, garlic béarnaise

All the above served with roast potatoes, roasted vegetables, cauliflower cheese, creamed leeks, seasonal vegetables

Fillet of lemon sole, kale and toasted almonds, oyster mushroom sauce, potato and red onion gateau, seasonal vegetables

Pearl barley and pomegranate arancini, spinach and roasted beetroot tart tartin, wholegrain mustard and chestnut sauce (V)

Mini rhubarb crumble, rhubarb cheesecake, rhubarb and Glyndwr rosé gel

Baked breadcrumbs, cream, raspberries, soft meringue

Filled choux pastries, caramel, nougatine curls, fresh berries
