The Three Salmons restaurant is the perfect environment for us to deliver everything we believe in quality food. Our aim is to indulge the senses and revive forgotten memories through a mix of traditional and modern dishes.

It is of the up most importance to us that only the best local and seasonal produce is used in producing the Three Salmons dishes, not only to achieve the best in flavour but to utilise some of the finest commodities to be found in the UK.
