Beef a la grenadier, sirloin of beef slowly cooked in Champagne sauce, girolles and cauliflower fricassee, roasted parsnip mash, artichoke hearts, roasted peppers, caviar

Chicken tornados filled with confit Pancetta and Roquefort, honey glazed pearl onions, dauphinoise, winter vegetables, tarragon allemande

Grilled hake fillet, saffron fondant potato, white pudding and creamed leek en-croute, smoked almond and Romesco Sauce

Panfried chickpea and red lentil cake, smoked aubergine, mixed bean ragout, caramelised shallots, tzatziki (V)
